Here are some prompts for reflecting on CQ topics and experiences. Mindfulness writing can be a good tool for self-reflection and learning. Below are different journals for different groups. For those of you who are working on CQ, whether it is for yourself or a for a group of others, please feel free to use these reflective questions as they are, or change them to suit your needs. If you have any feedback for me, it is greatly appreciated. I hope these are helpful.
Feel free to share any of your journals with us in the comments. Thank you!

CQ Awareness Journal
Prompts for Peer Mentors, Student Teachers, etc.
Note: These are just examples. You can tweak them or make
your own entries. A complete reflective CQ Awareness Journal entry should include
a description of your experience and a reflection on what you learned that
includes how you can use the experience to improve CQ drive, knowledge, strategy
or action. You can also create a CQ Awareness Journal entry after interacting
with students or being inspired by an article, film, live performance, art
exhibit, etc. Because of your increased CQ awareness, you may be inspired to
write about what you are learning in other classes, too.
